The "X" stands for X-TREME: a dual-band DMR radio with a built-in GPS receiver and APRS support. Automatic roaming switches the radio between repeaters, and the Area SQL function selects the right zones and channels automatically on entering a defined area. VHF and UHF, up to 5 W output, 4000 channels, a database of 200,000 contacts, AES-256 encryption, GPS date and time sync, large color display.
